Planning Commission Meeting- is it legal to hang signs on fences?

There will be a Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, July 26th at 7:00pm in the City Planning Building in the Council Room. They will be discussing whether or not it is legal to post signs on fences. This affects us because we do hang signs on our fence at Manila. If you would like to have any say in this one way or another, please attend this meeting.
